Something that we must all understand
"Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." And God said, "See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food;" and it was so". Genesis 1: 26-30Why if God gave man authority over creation and its elements, every day there is less response to his call? Why if everything in nature was created for the delight and benefit of the incarnated spirit, every day nature seems to turn against him with vehemence? I know that many would reply to this question that it is due to the bad use that man has made of it, and there will be no lack of reason to affirm that the little care, the unconsciousness, the indiscriminate use of the resources and ignorance itself, are the reasons for many of the problems that man faces today in his relation to the environment. But if we go further in our analysis, if we dig deeper into the essence of things, we can see that all those problems are not but the tip of the ice berg, because the true cause of the problem is in the lack of love, in pride, in the lack of spiritual elevation that will make us understand that together with the authority which God gave man to be the ruler of the earth, man was also given the responsibility to take care of it, watch out for it and all the rest of what was created; and this lack of care is translated into the lack of balance which exists between matter and spirit, in that collective amnesia which makes man forget that the reason and motive for which God has created a material world was for the evolution, learning and development of the spirit and not for the indiscriminate enjoyment of the matter. God gave us a paradise that we have slowly converted in a valley of tears. Man has lost his authority over the elements, his authority to be recognized by the rest of the brothers of creation as the prince of such creation, because instead of sprinkling the earth with the water of life, that comes from the love of one for the other, man has sprinkled the earth with the blood of his brethren, with hatred, envy, using the law of the strongest instead of living through the Divine law of love which should govern spirit and matter. Man, feeling as master and lord has tried to rip out of nature all of its secrets, he has tried to dominate the sky, be the owner of the seas and the bowels of earth, and has even had the boldness to think in conquering other worlds, when he has not been able to conquer himself, or fit to accomplish peace and harmony, life and progress for his own planet. That is why our Father has told us:
"Have you not said that the world in
which you live is a valley of tears;
that is, a valley of restitution? And
who made it a valley of tears, God or
man? I created it in the image of a
celestial paradise, endowing it with
wonders and pleasures, even thinking of
the smallest and most insignificant
things in order to assure your
happiness. Nevertheless, in a world
created in such a manner, for its
well-being and progress, for the
enjoyment and spiritual elevation of
mankind, men still suffer, weep, become
desperate, and become strayed".
"This Earth, which you name a valley of
tears or exile, was prepared with
infinite love by Me, to offer it to the
children that were to dwell in it.
Everything on Earth overflowed with
life, abundance, blessing, and delight
for those who would come to possess it".
"Nothing in it had been created to cause
pain to man; very much on the contrary,
everything was disposed in such a way,
that when Mankind, with its errors,
caused itself harm, it would find, along
its pathway and everywhere, the
necessary means to remedy its woes and
to overcome its vicissitudes".
"I gave man this world as a dwelling
telling him: "Be fruitful and multiply,
fill the earth" and truthfully they have
filled the earth, but they have done so
with sin and pain".
"But I repeat to you again, that I did
not create this world for the suffering
of man. The worlds are what their
inhabitants make of them. Behold how man
has concealed the truth with his
misleading interpretations, and how
different he has interpreted the
figurative meaning of what the spiritual
life has revealed to him".
Man has always had the tendency to blame God or destiny for
everything bad that happens to him, specially when it has to
do with phenomena with devastating consequences, such as
occasioned by the Tsunami which whipped the coasts of South
East Asia this past December.
This has been human tendency since the beginning of its history, since man had the intuition in the bottom of his heart that all the marvels which surrounded him should have an author, a Universal Architect, and that is how he tried to communicate with that creator through his offerings and sacrifices, thinking that he could find in the manifestations of nature, the response of an irascible god, or of a god pleased by the acts of his children.
"During past eras when humanity still
did not have the knowledge of the true
God, they saw in each element of nature
a divinity. That is why, when those
forces became unleashed, men said they
were a vengeance from their gods, not
aware that, because of their sins, they
could not save themselves from the
effects of the unleashed elements".
"You still retain some of those beliefs,
because when you see or hear about
earthquakes, tempests, or plagues that
lash upon towns, cities, or nations, you
exclaim: "That is a punishment of God!"
"Truly I say to you, that I do not cause
you sorrow. Have you observed with what
love a gardener cultivates his garden?
Well, to Me you are like an immense
garden, in which I behold you as lilies
and roses. However, if your corollas are
closed to the sprinkling of My love, it
is only natural for you to feel weakened
when the winds lash at you. Why, then,
do you believe it is I who punishes you?
It is a mistake to attribute Me the
cause of your suffering and bitterness,
because a Father only wishes happiness
for His children".
"When you understand your lack of
harmony with all creation and with My
laws, you will repent having blamed Me
for your vicissitudes, and you will
realize that you yourselves created your
suffering".
"These are times of justice for mankind.
The time is up for you to begin to
settle your accounts. You are reaping
the harvest of previous sowing, the
result or consequence of your deeds".
"If this were the only existence, truly
I say to you, that I would have removed
the suffering from Mankind a long time
ago, because it would be unjust for you
to have come to this world only to drink
the cup of bitterness. However, those
who today are suffering and weeping, it
is because yesterday they sought
pleasure with excess, but that pain will
purify them, and make them worthy of
elevating themselves to enjoy, in a pure
form, the mansions of the Father".
How important it is for us to understand what our Father tells
us in His teaching, that we should understand that each of us
has a debt to pay before Divine Justice, and the only one who
has the knowledge to collect that debt at the adequate moment
is our Father. Often, the things that happen in our world, the
tragedies that humanity witnesses fill it with fear and
pessimism, and many times with anger towards the Divine will
that allows catastrophes occur.
Men rebel themselves before the happenings and claim to God His "lack" of love and His "injustice", without recognizing that if God permits misfortune to knock on our door, it is because we needed it, or because through such a trial we would pay back a pending debt that our spirit may have apparently forgotten throughout his reincarnations. But in the book of life, everything is written and everything must be restituted to its original purity. Have you analyzed what has happened in the world after the great tragedy of this past December? All the different nations had forgotten for a moment of the wars, their own problems and hatred to occupy themselves for an instant to aid their brethren in misfortune, in a moment in which many had lost their faith in the human race and in their capacity of compassion towards others, God demonstrated to us that humanity is not as lost as it seemed because there still exist within it many beings that, even for an instant, recall what solidarity and aid to your brethren is. Once more, our Father has also showed that things happen when they have to happen, and also taught us that He always makes use of our errors and the consequence of our lack of love to give us lessons of love and hope. From our darkness, He always makes light sprout. This is the true Divine knowledge. "To every thing there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to gain, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to throw away; A time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace". Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
"Man has a time to do his work and
another to answer for what he did; this
last time is the one in which you live,
for that reason, everyone suffers and
weeps. In the same way that you have a
time to sow and another to reap, God
also has one which he granted you to
comply with His Law, and another to
manifest His justice".
"These are times of justice in which you
must meditate over your destiny, so that
through meditation and spirituality, you
will listen to the voice of the
conscience, which does not confuse nor
deceive, but guides you along the path
of peace".
"Humanity, if all that you have
dedicated to encourage bloody wars you
would have dedicated it to carry out
humanitarian deeds, your existence would
be filled with the blessings of the
Father; but man has been utilizing the
riches he has accumulated in sowing
destruction, pain, and death. This
cannot be the true life, the one which
those who are brothers and children of
God should lead. That manner of living
is not in accordance with the Law that I
wrote in your conscience".
"To make you understand the error in
which you live, volcanoes will erupt;
fire will surge from the ground to
exterminate the bad weed. The winds will
be unleashed, the Earth will shake, and
the waters will level regions and
nations".
"In this manner, the elements will
manifest their resentment against man;
they have broken up with him, because
man has been destroying one after
another, the bonds of friendship and
fraternity that tied him with Nature
that surrounds him".
"You have seen volcanoes erupt, you have
known of the devastating earth quakes
and floods destroying populations and
the seasons change from their expected
time; You have seen man dressed as a
woman, and the woman dressed as a man,
you have seen the parents denying their
children and the children denying their
parents; you have seen homes destroyed
and war not respecting frontiers taking
lives throughout your world. You have
known pestilence, of incurable disease,
you have seen a struggle break out
between one religion and another, and
even then, man has not yet understood My
voice and becomes deaf to the so called
elements that convoke him to withdraw,
which incite him to obedience, and
because of this, will have to pour the
cup of ire, an ire that is not Mine, but
of all the evil that you have
unleashed".
"Humanity: you have convoked greater
forces than your own, because it is now
that you should face all the damage, the
misery and sin that you have provoked
during millenniums; and do not say the
Lord is unjust, when he makes you
recognize the errors of the past,
because you do not know if amongst you
the dwellers of Sodoma are found, the
unredeemed of Gomorra, or the repented
ones of Ninive".
"To those that think that I punish men
unleashing on them the elements of
nature, I tell them that they are making
a great mistake to think as such,
because nature evolves and transforms
itself and in its changes and
transitions disturbances are originated
which are the ones that produce
sufferings when you do not comply with
My law, and you attribute them to Divine
punishments. Surely that in it is My
justice, but if you, privileged beings
with the Divine spark that illuminates
your spirit would live in harmony with
nature that surrounds you, your spirit
would maintain you elevated above its
changes, over and above the strength of
the elements and you would not suffer".
"Do you believe that it pleases Me to
see you pray full of fear asking God for
mercy for you when you see the unchained
elements? I would like to see you full
of serenity, admiring the works of your
Father without your lives been
affected. I would like to receive your
prayers sprouting from a heart full of
peace, of obedience, of compassion".
"When will you be like princes in the
midst of the creation and not like
slaves as you now are?"
