The Benefits of Meditation in Our LifeWe see how things in our human life, have sometimes been mistified and complicated, separating us from what is really essential and true; sometimes it is hard for us to give ourselves enough time to use our mental and spiritual faculties when it is time for important decision making. This lack of reflection, of interiorization and meditation, lead us to make mistakes.
"Before you continue lamenting your
sorrows in the world, stop and meditate
a few moments so that you can discover
the cause of your afflictions."
"I permit you to search until you find
the cause of your affliction, so that
you can put a stop to it, because it is
up to you to prevent the grief from
penetrating into your home. I assure you
that not only will you find the reason
that causes you to suffer, but at the
same time the way to remedy your woes
will be revealed to you. My charity will
descend upon whoever has learned to pray
and meditate, and that charity shall be
upon your spirit and on your body like a
balsam".
The Third Testament
Human life is a struggle, but thanks to the infinite wisdom
and kindness of our Heavenly Father, we find in it periods
of truce, where it is advisable not only to give rest and
recreation to the matter, but also to benefit from those
truces to meditate and be able to obtain clarity for all
that we have to do amidst that fight.
"The spirit, when he is within the
matter, participates in its fatigue, and
repose is necessary for him after a
struggle; also meditation, in order to
form a plan which he must follow before
undertaking a new conflict."
"Without those truces or stops along
your pathway, you would progress very
little along your way. However, it is
necessary for a clean and pure Doctrine
to teach you these lessons with full
clarity, in order that your heart,
convinced of this truth, has a knowledge
of the why of many of the phenomenon and
events which, without My revelation, you
would never manage to understand. Within
My charity is time, life, and the
destiny of everyone. Nothing escapes My
power."
